Beeswax has a naturally higher melting point than soy or paraffin wax, which means many traditional lightbulb warmers don’t get hot enough to fully melt it. For the best experience, we recommend using an element warmer. These warmers reach the right temperature to fully melt beeswax, ensuring you enjoy the complete fragrance and the long-lasting scent throw beeswax is known for.
You can enjoy your wax melts for as long as your warmer is on! Most people melt them anywhere from 2–6 hours at a time, depending on how strong they want the fragrance. Once the scent starts to fade, it’s time to replace the wax with a fresh melt.
Since our melts are made with beeswax, they tend to last longer than soy or paraffin melts—you’ll often get multiple uses out of the same piece before needing to switch it out.
Yes! Our beeswax melts can be shipped year-round, even in the summer months. Beeswax has a higher melting point than soy or paraffin wax, which means it holds up much better in warmer temperatures. While extreme heat may cause slight softening, it won’t affect the fragrance or performance of your melts.
